Liefmans

One of the best Belgium breweries bankrupt, it fell victim to people who have little idea about Belgium beer or culture. Liefmans openned in 1679, in early 1990 they were sold to Canadian unibroue and shut down in 2007. Moortgat (Duvel) negotiated to buy the 'Liefmans' name.
